ANSWER: No, Tryon Search Group is a Contingency Search Firm and all Fees are paid by the client (employer).
- QUESTION: As the employer, is there any "warranty" on a candidate hired?
ANSWER: Yes, Tryon Search Group offers a Pro-Rated 90 Day Guarantee on all candidates hired by our clients. We will also work with the Client to find a replacement as effective and efficiently as possible.
- QUESTION: As an employer are there any additional costs in working with Tryon Search Group?
ANSWER: No, Tryon Search Group charges a one time fee for any candidate we place.
- QUESTION: Is there any time frame that someone at Tryon Search Group will work with me?
ANSWER: No, Tryon Search Group will work with a candidate or client until we have achieved the desired result.
- QUESTION: As a candidate, will I be informed of what companies I am being presented for?
ANSWER: Yes, we strongly believe that information is key and will keep each candidate abreast of were and what companies we may want to target.
- QUESTION: Typically how long will it take me to find a job?
ANSWER: There is really no “typical” time frame in a job search. Tryon Search Group will work with a candidate until he or she finds the “right” position.
- QUESTION: How do you go about finding opportunities for candidates?
ANSWER: We strongly rely on relationships that we have built over many years of working in the market place. We will actively reach out to Clients and find out if their needs match those of the job seeker.
- QUESTION: Does Tryon Search Group do Reference Checks on potential candidates?
ANSWER: Yes, typically we will provide at least 2 References from current or previous employers.
